Deletion Criteria

Immediate Deletion

• Legal Risk Content：

- Violates Hong Kong law.

- Subject to a valid DMCA takedown notice.

• High-Risk Content：

- Clearly defamatory or involves personal attacks.

- Discloses private personal information.

- Contains cryptocurrency wallet addresses.

Deletion After Discussion

• Low-Value Content：

- Exists for <48 hours and has ≤2 edits.

- Drafts with <30% completeness.

• Invalid Content：

- Associated live stream recordings have been removed.

- Test pages not updated for over 180 days.

Deletion Process

Quick Deletion

1. Content meeting quick deletion criteria is tagged with {{Info/QuickDelete}}.
2. Administrators must review and execute within 4 hours.
3. All actions are logged in the deletion log.

Standard Deletion

1. Submit a deletion discussion request in the "✍editors-club" channel on the official Discord server using the "delete" tag.
2. Public notice period: ≥72 hours.
3. Deletion is approved if one of the following conditions is met:

- Supported by 2 administrators.

- ≥70% of community votes oppose retention.

- The site owner exercises final adjudication authority.

User Rights

• Pre-Deletion Notification：

- Add {{DeletionWarning}} to the user's talk page.

- Except for immediate deletion cases, deleted pages are moved to a subpage under the initial contributor's user page.

• Appeal Mechanism：

- Users may submit a restoration request within 30 days of deletion by tagging {{DeletionAppeal}} on their user talk page.
