Interface Administrator Status Declaration

Interface Administrators (interface-admin) is a technical user group that exists by default in the MediaWiki system. In NeuroWiki, it is in the following state:

Enabled Status	The system exists but is not actively enabled No accounts are assigned
Responsibility Assignment	Permissions are held by Administrators/Bureaucrats by default No independent operational interface
Future Plans	No plans to open this user group for use Maintained in a technical reserve state

Historical Background

1. This user group exists because it is created by default in the MediaWiki system.
2. Its actual functional requirements have already been covered by existing user groups.

Maintenance Guidelines

1. It is prohibited to assign this user group to any account other than the Site Owner.
