2. Uniform Formatting: Articles describing the same entity should follow the same formatting structure.
3. Cultural Adaptation: Differences between language sites are allowed and do not require synchronization for the following:
   1. Expression suited to language habits
   2. Cultural references unique to local communities
   3. Locally recognized cultural translations

   • Serves as the global entry point and media file storage center.
   • Does not host any language-specific article content.

2. Language Subsites:
   • Chinese site zh.neurosama.info
     • Shared site for both simplified and traditional Chinese.
     • Use [[:zh:PageName]] for cross-domain references.
     • Use [[zh:PageName]] to set the Chinese equivalent of the current page.
   • English site en.neurosama.info

Synchronization Requirements

1. Prohibited Actions:
   • Contradictory descriptions of the same topic across language sites.
   • Unauthorized changes to core data fields synchronized with other language sites.
   • Overwriting global information with unmarked localized content.
2. Mandatory Synchronization Items:
   • Basic information about virtual YouTubers (e.g., birthdays, affiliated groups).
   • Timelines of major events.
   • Officially verified technical parameters.
