Basic Principles

1. Identifiable Identity: Usernames should clearly identify individuals to avoid confusion.
2. Community Friendliness: Usernames must not contain offensive, insulting, or discriminatory content.
3. Non-Impersonation: Impersonation of official accounts (e.g., "Neuro_Sama_Official") is prohibited.
4. Legal Compliance: Usernames must comply with the laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
5. Non-Political: Any elements related to real-world politics (e.g., "Cultural_Revolution," "MrShinzoAbe") are strictly prohibited.

Naming Conventions

Permitted Formats

• 2–40 characters (Unicode supported).
• May include numbers and limited symbols (_-.,).
• Mixed-language names must pass a readability check.

NeuroWiki does not currently allow username changes.

Violation Handling

Immediate and permanent global account ban. Global IP bans may be applied as needed.
