This includes, but is not limited to, final interpretation rights, final disposition rights, and final decision-making rights. These terms may also be used interchangeably in specific contexts.

Source and Nature of Authority

• Basis of Authority: Derived from the natural rights conferred by domain ownership and server control.
• Characteristics of Effectiveness:
  • Indivisibility: Authority is fully vested in the current site owner.
  • Inherent Nature: Exists permanently without requiring community authorization.
  • Irrevocability: This authority cannot be restricted by any user agreement.
  • Irrefutability: Decisions made under this authority are not subject to appeals.
  • Self-Overriding: The site owner may overturn previous interpretations and establish new precedents.

Scope of Authority

• Final interpretation authority over Policies, Guidelines, and Help documents.
