Basic Principles

Permitted Content
- Personal introductions and descriptions of editing interests.
- Collections of commonly used templates/toolkits (with clear attribution of sources).
- Reasonable personalized designs.
- Non-commercial creative works (e.g., fan art, derivative writing).
- Images must be displayed as externally hosted content.

Violation Handling
Pages will be deleted, and warnings or permanent global bans may be issued depending on the situation.
Exemption Clauses
- Site Owner: User pages belonging to the site owner are fully exempt from these policies.
- Legal Requirements: Special retention upon request by law enforcement agencies.
- Cultural Differences: Localized expressions that do not violate core principles.
