Bureaucrats (bureaucrats) are the highest maintainers of individual language sub-sites, with the core abilities to grant/revoke administrator rights and manage high-risk operations.

Bureaucrats must possess the following qualities:

• Proficiency in handling complex disputes and sensitive content
• Accurate execution of global policies and local guidelines
• Clear explanation of compliance basis for management decisions
