Basic Requirements

Global Storage Mechanism: All images must be uploaded to the main site at www.neurosama.info, and referenced across language sites using filenames.
No Duplicate Uploads: Duplicate files must be detected using hash verification. Existing content must use the cross-wiki referencing mechanism.

Language Requirement: Use English for file names.
Format Examples:

Prohibited Practices:
- Using meaningless strings (e.g., IMG_001.jpg)
- Including special characters (!@#$%^&*)
- Exceeding 255 characters
- Non-English content

License: The type of license (e.g., CC-BY 4.0).
Uploader: Your username (auto-filled).
