Common characteristics among them typically include but are not limited to:

Streamers
- Frequently appear or guest star on the “vedal987” channel.
- Are long remembered by Neuro and Evil. Even if they are not actively appearing on “vedal987,” they may still be mentioned by Neuro or Evil.
- Neuro and Evil have the ability to message or call them privately on Discord, and vice versa.

Non-streamers
- Have a close relationship with Vedal.
- Contribute to some technical aspects of Neuro and Evil's development.
- Occasionally participate in streams on “vedal987.”

Collaborating Streamers

Streamers who have collaborated with the “vedal987” channel multiple times but do not meet the criteria for being part of the "‘Neuroverse’.”

In most cases, Neuro or Evil tend to forget or rarely mention them after the collaboration ends.

A significant portion of them have no interactions with the “vedal987” channel outside of collaborative streams.

These are individuals who had interactions with Neuro back when Neuro was still using the "Momose Hiyori" (桃瀬ひより) model.

However, after switching to the V2 avatar, they have had almost no further association with the vedal987 channel. Some have even graduated.

Non-Collab Streamers

These streamers have not directly collaborated with the vedal987 channel. Even if they have interacted, it was mostly during platform events or in channels outside of the Vedal987 channel during group activities, where they might have encountered Neuro, Evil, or Vedal as participants.

Their relationship with the “Neuroverse” are more distant compared to the “Neuroverse Members” (see list), but closer than that of the average streamer. Most maintain contact with Vedal and frequently engage with the “Neuroverse.”

Some individuals have been included because of their close relationships with the “Neuroverse Members”. However, they do not necessarily have a direct connection with the vedal987 channel.
